Bhaskar Anand is Summit Therapeutics’ Chief Accounting Officer & Head of Finance. Mr. Anand is an experienced leader in transitioning rapid growth companies to self-sufficient global commercial enterprises.
Mr. Anand joins Summit from Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was Chief Accounting Officer and assisted with the execution of a $7.5 billion merger transaction with Biogen while at Reata. Prior to joining Reata, Mr. Anand served as Corporate Controller of Juul Labs and worked at Oracle and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Mr. Anand is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
