Overview of Role:

Reporting into the Vice President of Market Access, the Trade and Specialty Distribution Lead is responsible for developing and leading the third-party logistics and specialty distributor strategy for Ivonescimab’s launch. This individual will develop and execute this strategy in collaboration with other functions within Market Access and across the broader organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the third-party logistics strategy for Ivonescimab including the overall 3PL strategy, partner selection, contracting and implementation.
  • Lead the development of the Specialty Distributor strategy for Ivonescimab including partner selection, contracting and implementation.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with our trade partners including performance management and reporting to ensure effective and efficient product delivery and financial flows.
  • Hold responsibility for our state licensure partner ensuring all licenses are filed and approved in time for launch.
  • Work effectively across the matrix organization on planning activities to ensure timely product availability.
  • Work with our outsourced partner to manage our Compendia listings including any necessary updates.
  • Coordinate channel data leveraging insights from our data warehouse.
  • Insure appropriate stocking levels of Ivonescimab at launch and throughout the product’s lifecycle
  • Ensure all channel activities are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidance’s with company policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • A minimum of 10+ years of trade and specialty distribution experience
  • Buy and bill product experience required / commercial launch experience required (2+ successful launches), oncology experience is preferred
  • Has a deep understand and knowledge base in all U.S oncology health care segments and understands 3PL and Specialty distributor landscape
  • Successful record of achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules
  • Must be able to travel to support business priorities

The pay range for this role is $230,000-$250,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable variable compensation.
